Barden Brown

Barden Brown has focused on both private and
non-institutional brokerage at GREA where he is a
Founding Partner. He has experience with a wide array
of organizations within the real estate capital markets,
including private investors, syndicators, private equity,
joint ventures, developers, and opportunity funds.
Barden uses his broad range of experience to provide
comprehensive acquisition and disposition knowledge.
He has been involved in the analysis and disposition
of private client properties in excess of $5.3 Billion,
and acquisitions at Brownstone in excess of $300MM.
Barden began his career in real estate in 2005 and
was the recipient of the 2007 Frederick Glass Rookie
of the Year Award. As of then, he has developed
extensive experience in business development, property
and market analysis, and the asset management of
multifamily and storage assets.
