Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown began his career in 2007 with Brown
Realty Advisors where he was involved in the sale
of over 75,000 units and over $4B in volume. His
responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of a multifamily
transaction with an emphasis on customer service.
Taylor has an in-depth understanding of financial
underwriting, past and current market conditions,
markets and submarkets located in the Southeastern
United States, and negotiation and execution of
purchase and sale agreements. Taylor’s hands-on
approach and candid advice has led to long standing
relationships and continued repeat business.
